I don’t know that there is a single correct answer. I doubt it. My answer is just my personal experience:
I’d be really surprised if you had reached your limit at age 13. I was still jumping higher as long as I continued practicing full-time. In my case that was at the end of my senior hs season. I would imagine most people, unless they can afford expensive personalized training / nutrition / medical care, that they would reach their limit around 17-21 years old.
well my coisen is 13 years old and hes 4.9 and he could reach
8.something i think 8.9 so he got hops but your limits would not stop at 13 atleast at age-17 to 24 and it doesnt really matter if your skinny at all
