    Try Jumpsoles!!! There like plat forms with no heel rest,you can buy them for eastbay.com or JumpUSA.com. They really work, you’ll be dunking in weeks without the numerous workouts!!

    Do Squats, leg extensions/ leg press, and leg curls & Calf Raises. You also have to stretch out those leg muscles regularly after excercising. Taking especial care to stretch those achellies tendons real good. They are key along with the calfs when jumping.
