    practice jumping from high places. jump out the window of your house then build up to bigger things.

    Jumping up and down in a pool is best on your legs. Also, the squat machine at a workout place.

    If you have done this already and are looking to strengthen the muscles more intensely, then running up and walking down the stairs will help. Try to find a place with at least 40 steps. If you’re already doing this, then step 2 steps at a time. Doing that will make the workout more intense.

    get a weight 8 lbs and hop up your stairs holding the weight
