thats extremely good, at the rate youre going you should be able to dunk in no time. jump up and down as many times as you can without stopping, do it 3 times everyday. i would also suggest to play basketball and when youre in high school, for track and field do the long jump, high jump and the triple jump, with that vertical leap you could dominate that sport
25 is pretty good for 12. You can improve it by starting a body weight and plyometric training program now and a weight training program when you are 13 or 14. Do a baseline fitness test to uncover muscle imbalances and take a complete vertical jump test so you’ll know what area of your vertical jump is weakest and need to be improved (base strength, transitional power, or explosion) Jumping up and down as many times a day as you can is known as Habitual jump training and is only useful as “spot” training for very strong athletes without muscular imbalances on joint instability. That’s unbelievable for your age. Most 12 year olds probably can’t even jump 12 inches. You might be able to dunk on a regulation size goal when you get older, depending on your height. You can improve your jump by some good old fashion jump rope, or by doing a drill where you throw a ball of a backboard and keep on jumping up and catching it and throwing it back to the backboard before you land on the ground. Do any exercise possible. If you get in the best shape possible you’ll probably improve your jump, too. Running would also improve leg strength. Just by jumping up and down continuously will improve your vertical leap.

it all depends on how mature you are physically. If you are a very mature 12 year old meaning your nearly fully grown you may not improve much or any.
