the strength program is o.k… but i used jumpsoles, and i was dunking in no-time… and spiking the volley-ball was no problem at all… here is their site…
All of the programs work you just have to understand all it is, is just a bunch of jumping to make those muscles you use to jump stronger. I wouldnt call air alert a scam its just common knowledge what they put in there.
air alert is not a scam at all. Ive got friends who have done it and im even doing it with the school team. only my third week but ive probably gained bout an 2′. Its just simple jumping exercises. jumpsoles probably work too. just stay comitted to one and stay serious good luck
