What is wrong with my vertical leap?

yes you have to get momentum in your arms, crouch, thrust in too the air

If you are white, do not worry. Your results are typical. White guys under the height of 6 foot 5 will never touch the rim or dunk. It just the consequence. If you’re black, something is seriously wrong with you.

yeah if ur white ur screwed.
Exercises-
Box Squat at least 350
Do 200lb squats of about 10 reps each
Strech your ANKLES!!!!they give u that extra inch or two!

Im 6′3 WHITE, and can dunk easily one or two handed. I did a lot of calf press hamstring and quad lifts to get my leap up. also ab work. Walk around on your tip toes whenever you are just around the house, it seems dumb but it works, also you might want to look into air alert, i did it for 2 of the 8 weeks and i went from one handing to 2 handing….hope that helps
