you’ll recover in a few weeks. Fighting off the illness really tires your whole body and your loss in leaping is an obvious sign of just plain muscle fatigue. I wouldn’t worry about a thing. Just keep with it.

I know that diarrhea is cause by a virus. The virus goes inside of the cells, duplicate and burst out of the cell and release the cytoplasm which is mostly water. Thats why when you go to the bathroom its always watery when it comes out.

Well, I guess the cells that died effected your jump. But not all that much. I think its mostly the water content of your body changed so it has to adjust. Most likely, your muscles just haven’t been worked for a while. It happens, thats why doctors have to exercise muscles of people who are rehabilitating. So the muscles don’t stop working. I’m sure it will come back after you start working out again.

The best way to get your leap back to your standards, is masturbating frequently. Not only will this boost your metabolism, but it will increase your drive for “queso” a male growth hormone.

You are always training. Get back into game shape, you were out for a week, got dehydrated and inactive. Give yourself a few days, should be fine.

Maybe you’ve got Aids, then you’re screwed.

Yeah, it’ll come back if you start working out and playing ball again.
