Hey, it’s definently possible, but unless your a professional athlete you won’t have time for the training involved. The most i’ve ever gotten is 4 inches in a week lol =P. I did that with my own program that i stopped later cuz i didn’t have the time. The best thing is the vertical project by luke lowry, 2 things why its good, 1 why its good.
First the bad:
1. 300 bucks lol
2. needs alot of time, equipment, self dedication because it doesn’t just focus on your muscles and training, also your health and food intake.
The good:
