Buy some nike air shoes, and fill them with helium.
Practice jumping with ankle weights on. You could also try calve raises on the edge of a stair step. Try it on a step that has a door frame above it so you can push the top of the frame to add resistance.
First of all, BUY NEW SHOES. It can help you dramatically. Also, you should just keep practicing jumping everyday, because I don’t know what other exercises you can do to jump higher.
Practice bending your knees a lot and when you jump vertically straighten your legs all the way. Do it at least 50 times a day and it’ll help you. Or you could lower the basketball hoop hahaha.
Strength shoes. These things work. My college team did off season workouts with them and the least amount of vert increase was 3-4 inches. Improves quickness too. (no, you can never be too quick).
About 100 buck and 3 months, 3 days a week… cut back to once a week during ghe season.

You’re white. You will never dunk unless you reach at least 6′4″ or 6′5″. That’s what you have to strive for.
