    if you have stairs do calf raisers on the staris and make sure u strech. streach 30 min each day and u will be able to dunk by spring trust me its simple but it works

    i was the same way..im 16, 6′2″ and i started grabbing rim in july. all i could do was grab rim up until 2 weeks ago. i was at a tournament in Ar. and i tried to dunk in warm ups…i almost got it down. so i tried over and over and over…i finally did it! now i am having people stand under the hoop and tossing it up to me. Calf raises and just try to dunk with a soccer ball and work your way up to a girls ball and then mens…jump as much as possible.
