A good way to increase your vertical is get a medium size box and jump up on it then when you come back down quickly jump back up. Do that for about a minute or two and over time your vertical will increase.

Here this is called Air Alert 3. It is usaully 30 bucks. But I found a website that will give you the complete chart that you would normally pay for. It takes 15 weeks. Piece of cake for me though, gained 6 inches. Not as much as they say but still works. But makesure you follow up DONT MISS A DAY! Here’s the website,
