Sir Slamalot 43 yr old playground basketball legend dunking with ease Damn!!!

Sir Slamalot was told by some young ballers that his hops was hopes and this dude with sweats on about 6′4″ 230pds 43 year olds yes man this dude is 43 and can still dunk off the vert straight hops and does it with ease. Much props Sir Slamalot alot cats wish they could dunk at 23 let alone 43. Keep rising man and keep throwing it down. I still want too see your dotted line spread leg dunk next.

Hey im a 13 yr old guy, 6′1, 152 lbs, LOVE basketball, but i can’t dunk. I actually can barely touch the rim. Any exercises or tips on jumping would be appreciated, thanks.

Just name who do you think has the highest vertical leaps in basketball. Ill name one.:

It was the best high jump in the United States up to that point in the season.After both had cleared that height, Dumas wanted to call it a tie, but Russell said, Whatthe heck. Lets reach for the sky, and asked the officials to set the bar at seven feet. I read the newspaper report the next day. Dumas missed badly on all three tries.Russell, the story said, just nicked the bar with his knee on the way down on his firsttwo tries, and he was over on his third try, but ticked the bar with his ankle after his body had passed over. The bar shuddered, almost stayed up, and then fell into the pit."

The guy cleared a 7 foot high jump but his ankle ticked the bar.

right now i cant jump very high and once im done with basketball im going to start lifting i need a leg workout that’ll make my vertical leap alot higher so i can dunk and grab rebounds easier also right now im 17 and im 6′8 help me please!!!
