			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m a little worried that I am overworking my body. I have no history of injury at all, and am very healthy. I am rarely sore after working out and feel like I can work the same muscles everyday if I wanted. However, I do worry that I am risking injury and limiting my muscle growth. This is my weekly workout.</p>
<p>Even # Days:</p>
<p>Morning- 100 push ups (over 5 sets, and # grows each workout), 8 minute ab workout (about 125 sit ups) , 30 minutes of vertical leap and quickness training </p>
<p>Afternoon- 49 pull ups (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6,5,&#8230;), 2 hours of individual basketball training (mainly shooting, but some running)</p>
<p>Night- 2 hours of basketball practice</p>
<p>Odd # Days</p>
<p>Morning- 8 minute ab workout (same as even # days)</p>
<p>Afternoon- 3-4 hours of individual basketball training (a lot of explosive movement)</p>
<p>Night- Rest, socialize, non athletic activities<br />
BTW, I&#8217;m not trying to lose weight. I am simply trying to gain lean muscle and increase my athletic ability. I drink 3 glasses of milk after my upper body workouts and 2 more after my lower body workouts to help rebuild my muscles.<br />
Also, I&#8217;m 5&#8242;6&quot;, 125 pounds, and 16 if that helps at all.
