im a sophmore in HS.
the full baseball season has just ended and now its time for me to be as prepared as possible for HS baseball tryouts in late march.
my goal is varsity, but i lack the strength and speed and quickness.
so this offseason im dedicated to absolutely work my butt off to be one of the best athletes of all the baseball players in my school….

im 5-9 and weigh a little less than 150 pounds…
and another side note is- my dad was a big time athlete back in the day…he was 5-8 and could dunk a basketball, and he had incredible speed and was just a real good athlete.

IN A TIME SPAN OF A LITTLE MORE THAN 4 MONTHS…
HOW MUCH STRENGTH CAN I GAIN AND WHAT KIND OF MUSCLE RESULTS CAN I SEE???????
HOW MUCH QUICKER AND FASTER CAN I GET AT RUNNING??????
HOW MUCH HIGHER COULD I POSSIBLY JUMP????
JUST OVERALLL, HOW MUCH OF A BETTER ATHLETE CAN I MAKE MYSELF??????
A VARSITY ATHLETE??????

if i work extremely hard and am really dedicated….
and you dont have to give me any workouts too do…i already know the best ones and how to train and all that.

im giving out a best answer….
PLZ help, because i want to know what my chances are…

I dont really have anything to compare it to. so i was wondering if its average or above average.
