<p>I can touch the metal orange part of the rim that&#8217;s connected to the backboard. Since I can jump that high, how long do you think it would take before I can touch the rim or dunk?</p>

Right now I go to the gym 3 times a week and do bicep curls shoulder press leg press squats tricep press and pectoral fly. I do 3 sets of 10-15 reps at my max for each exercise. Will i see results soon? Do I need to work out everyday instead of every other? Feel free to throw in some suggestions

<p>I want to know what I should increase. I will train to get my 40 time to atleast 4.6. I still need to work on my squats. Oh and considering I have good hands and good catching abilitys should I convert to Tight End. Should I convert to a middle-outside linebacker. And what should I do to increase my 40 time agility cones, ladder drills etc. What machines should I use at the gym. And a final question  what do you need to do to receive a scholarship and when do you have to apply. Thank you.<br />
Grades are not at all a problem as I got accepted into one of the best HS&#8217;s in the country. Endurance is not a problem I can play football all day. Hmmm ill try lifting more and the 40 time is not exact as I do not have the equipment to measure the time exactly. I also would like to say that I do not play with people my age but with people that are 20-37 years old. So me busting through the line isn&#8217;t against little kids.

I&#8217;ve been running on the treadmill and doing the leg press machine to strengthen my quads.  Some people said that the leg press machine isn&#8217;t going to do anything for me and that I should just do squats instead.  Is this true?  The quads are the muscles that are used most during jumping.  I don&#8217;t see why using a leg press machine wouldn&#8217;t increase my vertical jump.</div>
