Highest Vertical Leaps in Basketball?

Just name who do you think has the highest vertical leaps in basketball. Ill name one.:

It was the best high jump in the United States up to that point in the season.After both had cleared that height, Dumas wanted to call it a tie, but Russell said, Whatthe heck. Lets reach for the sky, and asked the officials to set the bar at seven feet. I read the newspaper report the next day. Dumas missed badly on all three tries.Russell, the story said, just nicked the bar with his knee on the way down on his firsttwo tries, and he was over on his third try, but ticked the bar with his ankle after his body had passed over. The bar shuddered, almost stayed up, and then fell into the pit."

The guy cleared a 7 foot high jump but his ankle ticked the bar.

does jumpropping help your vertical leap?

i have been jump ropping for a while and i just wanted to know if it helps my vertical leap?

oh, do you know other exercises that would help me on my vertical leaps?
i really want to dunk and im only 5foot 6 ( girl 13 years old ) can you help??

Are the vertical leap measurements of the USA Mens Volleyball team available on the internet?

A person on this board made a statement that half of the USA Mens Volleyball team have higher vertical leaps than the basketball player Lebron James (who has a 44" vertical leap). This person told me to look it up, so I searched all over the internet and could not find any info to substantiate the claim. Anybody know where I can find the vertical leap measurements of the USA Mens team so I can verify this claim? Or your input as well would be appreciated also.
